We are a long established 3 partner practice based in Tonge Fold Bolton. We do not operate personal lists and all patients are free to choose which doctor they would like to see. The premises are owned by the doctors, who are independant contractors to the NHS with Bolton PCT. We have a very low turnover of staff and patients and believe that we offer a high quality, personal service where the patient gets to know their doctor and vice versa.

The Health Centre

All services are provided from Tonge Fold Health Centre. There is wheelchair access to all areas, and disabled toilet facilities. Baby changing and feeding areas are available, please ask at reception. The centre is all on one level, and has airconditioning for patient comfort.
We are very easy to find and there is always plenty of space to park.

Home Visits

Home visits are only made for patients who are medically unable to travel to the health centre, or completely housebound. We are not able to make home visits for reasons of convenience, patient preference or lack of transport. We will ask for details of the patient's condition so that the visit can be prioritised.

It is helpful if the request can be made before 10:30 a.m.

Our practice is conveniently located just off Bury Road on the east side of Bolton. We accept patients living in the Breightmet, Tonge Fold, Haulgh, Darcy Lever, Harwood, and Little Lever areas towards Radcliffe. If you are able to get to the Health Centre and would like to join the list as a patient then please telephone our reception or call in and see us.
